Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty

As I wander the island during my off time I continue to see new things. This building is a monitoring station to help enforce the Nuclear Test Ban Treaty. Our manager Matt Brown loaned me the very small book that is shown in the picture that accompanies this post. It details how these stations will be established and how the information will be shared among the signers of the treaty. There are 60 of these stations scattered around the globe that are paid for by the nation that hosts the facility. All of the data collected is available to any country that signed the treaty. Big ideas sometimes come in very small packages.
